Message	with Bell's site not me. Of course there are exceptions. But generaly in street application air to air is more efficent. When you start adding pump, lines, heat exchanger that makes it more ineffecient. Utimately the heat has to go to the air. The only exception is iced down water intercoolers if you see on the Bell site. Now how many street turbo cars drive around with ice down water intercoolers?
